Travel Information

We are located in the community of New Lenox, Illinois, just 40 minutes outside of Chicago at the crossroads of I-355 and I-80. Our facility is easily accessible by major highways and nearby airports.

For those traveling by air, the closest airport is Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), approximately 30 miles away, offering a wide range of domestic flights. Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is about 45 miles from New Lenox and provides both domestic and international flight options. Once you arrive, rental cars are available at both airports.

For those who prefer not to drive, the Metra Rock Island Line offers a direct route from downtown Chicago to New Lenox.

Parking & Entry

Wintrust Crossroads Sports Complex is located at 520 Cedar Crossings Dr, New Lenox, IL 60451.

Free on-site parking is available for all visitors. Please follow posted signage and staff directions. Staff/Patient Parking areas are reserved for local businesses and should not be used by event visitors.

Wintrust Crossroads Sports Complex does not charge a gate fee. Gate fees are set and managed by the event or tournament organizer. Fees, pricing, and formats may vary by event. Please refer to your event or tournament organizer for more information.

The complex typically opens one hour before the first scheduled game, unless otherwise noted by the event organizer.

Event Information & Navigation

Field assignments are provided by your event organizer. If you need help navigating the complex, Wintrust Crossroads staff will be onsite to assist. Field map signs are displayed throughout the complex for reference.

Yes. Restrooms are located in the Beer Garden Building and at both concession buildings. Men’s, Women’s, and Family restrooms are available.

Food, Drinks & Policies

Yes. Concessions are open during most events, with hours varying based on the event schedule. A variety of food and beverage options are available for purchase throughout the day.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the complex.

Coolers are not permitted inside the complex. Teams and guests may bring water to stay hydrated.

No outside alcohol is permitted inside the complex. Alcohol is available for purchase at the concessions and Beer Garden Building.

Water refill locations are available in the Beer Garden area. Guests and teams are encouraged to bring water.

Pets are not permitted in the complex. Service animals are allowed in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Seating, Tents & Comfort

Yes. Small 10×10 tents are permitted for teams and spectators. Tents must be properly secured and may not block walkways, gates, or sightlines. Staff may request tents be moved or removed for safety or operational reasons.

In the event of severe weather, all tents must be taken down for safety concerns.

Chairs are not permitted on the turf. Bleachers are available throughout the complex for spectators to watch games. Chairs can be used on the concourse or in the grass areas.

Limited shade is available throughout the complex, including the Beer Garden, Pepsi Play area and select seating areas. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly for warm or sunny days.

No, we are a cashless facility.

Yes. The Pepsi Play Area, located directly south of the Beer Garden, is a great place for kids to play between games. There is also a playground near Fields 3 and 5 for kids to enjoy during the games.

Yes. Public W-Fi is available throughout the complex.

Safety & Weather

Yes. First Aid is available on-site during events. In case of an emergency, notify event staff or a Wintrust Crossroads team member immediately.

Weather decisions, delays, or cancellations are made by the event organizer. Please monitor your event’s communication channels for updates. Wintrust Crossroads Sports Complex uses the Perry Weather system to track severe weather. If lightning is detected, all visitors must seek shelter indoors or inside their vehicles until the all-clear siren sounds.
